Moocher Ltd (“we” or “us” or “our”) respects the privacy of our users (“user” or “you”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our mobile application (the “Application”). Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS THE APPLICATION.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the third-party online/mobile store from which you install the Application or make payments, including any in-game virtual items, which may also collect and use data about you. We are not responsible for any of the data collected by any such third party.

Personal Data & Location:

No personal data is uploaded for account creation to use these apps on Android or iPhone. However the following data may be accessed, uploaded and shared with relevant third parties to provide app functionality and a better ad experience:

  • Device ID – This data will also be shared with Google Firebase to allow us to send you marketing and developer Push Notifications. Please note you can opt out of receiving push notifications using the system settings on your device.
  • Firebase installation ID – This is generated once when you install the app, it is non personal and is not associated with any specific user or device. We do not store this data, it is shared with Google Firebase to allow us to send you marketing and developer Push Notifications.

In App Purchases:

There are several in app purchases offered to users of the app.

The first in app purchase is ‘Unlock Premium’. This is a one off purchase payable by Apple Wallet (on iPhone/iPad) and Google Wallet (on Android). Premium users get access to all premium background images and video and premium app features. It also remove ads and allows access to the first Premium sound album ‘Gong Bath’.

Additional in app purchases, which are also one off purchases, are used to allow Premium users to purchase additional sound albums.

In App Ads:

The 3rd Eye App may show our own in house ads and for selected third parties. The banners ads shown are not personalized and as such no personal data is uploaded from your device for the purpose of advertising. Ads can be disabled by upgrading to premium.

Delete Data Request:

We do not store any of your data on our servers however you can request to delete data associated with your Google account by visiting My Activity in the event that your version of the app displays ads by Google such as AdMob. If you choose to delete your account, Google will delete all the personal data in your account. You can also turn off personalized ads via Ad Settings in your Google account (if available).

You have the right to request that we delete your FCM (Firebase Cloud Messaging) ID, which is used for sending push notifications to your device. If you would like to request the deletion of your FCM ID, please contact us through through our website. We will honor your request and request to delete your FCM ID from Google’s servers. Please note that deleting your FCM ID will prevent us from sending push notifications to your device. If you want to continue receiving push notifications, you will need to provide a new FCM ID for your device, this can be achieved by uninstalling fully and then re-installing the app.

Mobile Device Access:

We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, such as your mobile device’s external storage, internet access and other features. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.

Compliance with Laws:

In order to comply with our legal obligations, to enforce our terms of use, to protect the rights of other users of our services/site, to help with criminal investigations we may disclose information that we hold about you to law enforcement agencies and government authorities.

Changes To This Privacy Policy:

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.


We will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or harm caused to any end user, their equipment or software as a result of using any of our software of products. All products will work as described, in the event that they do not and you have contacted our support email, we will help to refund or reimburse you. When you make in app purchases on Google Play Store you are eligible for money back refund in the event that there is a genuine issue with the purchase. In the event that you experience any unwanted effects while using the app please stop using it and if necessary contact us for advice.
